What kinds of clients do you work with?
Founders shipping a first product, and established teams that need a senior design partner. If the brief is product-shaped, it’s in scope.

My brief isn’t fully refined — can we still talk?
Yes. Half the value of a senior design partner is pressure-testing the brief before you commit cycles. Bring the rough version.

Do you work async or in-person?
Async-default with weekly syncs. We travel for kickoffs and major reviews when it materially changes the outcome.

How do you structure an engagement?
A focused sprint on a defined problem, or a longer embedded partnership where we act as the senior design lead. We choose on the first call.

How quickly can we start?
Usually within two weeks. Sooner if it’s genuinely urgent — say so on the intro call.

Do you support work after launch?
Yes. Most engagements include a tail of design support: iteration on early data, design-system follow-through, and dashboard / docs cleanup.

What if the project pivots mid-flight?
Expected. We rescope explicitly rather than quietly bend the original plan — it’s the only way to keep quality honest.
